Express Post orders arrive overnight, dropped off at the Post Office around 4pm just before pick-up, they arrive with your usual mail around 10-11am early the next day.

Tracking details are provided and I will stay in touch to make sure your new fish arrive safely and settle in to their new home.

Orders will only be posted on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday afternoons, using an insulated box, a 48 hr heat-pack and triple bagged.

I have an intimate knowledge and relation with every fish and will usually have the best quality fish already selected out for you.

I’m happy to show you around, answer any questions I can and if you have the time, put the kettle on.
