Kerri Tetras

Sold out for now. I will get onto breeding some more asap.

A gorgeous little Tetra closely related to the Emperor Tetra these stay a little smaller and are less aggressive. These fish can be kept with any small community fish and I’ve never seen them pick on other fish.

Like all Tetras the more the better so they do best in schools of at least 5+. A dozen of these makes a great display especially when they are schooling tightly doing laps of the tank together.

The males have a gorgeous purple colouration which looks amazing in a well lit display tank. Females aren’t as purple but still look lovely with their dark black lateral stripe and red/orange fins.

Kerri Tetra are a fast swimming active fish that appreciate a large long aquarium where they can show off and utilize their speed.
